  • Oxygen is sufficient for high activated sludge concentrations
    Increasing the energy efficiency of aeration with CAVITECH means an increase in oxygen concentration for the same energy input.
    This allows you to effectively use of biofilm and other methods of fixing and increasing the concentration of activated sludge bacteria

  • Your SBR runs non-stop

    For industrial SBR with a high content of impurities, suspended solids or fats, an important advantage of CAVITECH is the absence of an overgrowing of the aeration system.

    CAVITECH always maintains the specified performance. There is no need to stop the reactor to clean the aeration system

  • CAVITECH increases absorption
    CAVITECH increases the active sludge absorption capacity of activated sludge bacteria. The pump of the aeration module has a beneficial mechanical effect on the activated sludge. The passage of activated sludge together with wastewater through the pump and aerator leads to the disintegration of the large flakes of activated sludge into smaller ones, increasing their contact surface with the nutrients, increasing nutrition and pollutant oxidation.
  • CAVITECH flexibly changes performance
    In the actual use of SBR, significant deviations from the input COD and BOD considered during the planning phase are possible. BOD can be significantly higher or significantly lower than planned. If the BOD concentration is consistently significantly higher, it is possible to quickly install another CAVITECH® module. When the load is reduced, you can use the pump's electric motor frequency control.
